Hello again! Coronavirus and quarantine have had me going a little bit insane. But I have had the time to practice and create some really great makeup looks that I would love to share! As always I share a list of products on my Instagram at www.instagram.com/_samanthaleather and I have recently created a Facebook page where I hope to share more looks, tips, and tricks. I will link it down below!!!

This look I created last summer while I was at my fiance's brother's house. So you can imagine not being in my own home I was a little frazzled about bringing all my makeup and trying to create a cohesive look. I used the original Jaclyn Hill x Morphe palette on my eyes and Smashbox hydrating foundation on my face. I love this picture especially because it really captures my makeup style which I think is soft and subtle but it has a little boldness to it. Also, this was one of the first makeup pictures I took with my new phone so I was super excited to use the new camera!!
All of these looks are featured on my Instagram but I wanted to include them here to mainly show my versatility and how I have grown as an artist and a creator, content and otherwise I try to think out of the box when I come up with certain makeup looks but at the same time I like to keep them a little bit muted especially if it is a workday and I have meetings or I know that I have a long day ahead of me.

This was a look I created before I boarded an airplane to go to Disney World with my Fiance and his family. I wanted something that was simple, yet colorful. For the eyes, I used the Makeup Revolution " Mermaids forever" palette. And as you can tell, I like coordinating my makeup with my clothes.

I love a tropical sunset eye. I love using yellow and oranges as it contrasts my blue eyes to make them stand out more! For this look, I used Jaclyn Hill x Morphe palette volume 2. I got that palette the moment I came back to New York from Florida and I COULD NOT wait to use it! The colors are so bold and summer-like. Also one of my favorite makeup products is blush. I have so many within my collection! I used the makeup revolution vintage lace blush palette to add extra glitter and shine to my cheekbones. That palette is one of my favorite cheek palettes. I also used a bh cosmetics blush palette. I love cheek palettes because of the ability to mix shades together to get that perfect color. I am very fair so I try to use mauve/pink colors so nothing pulls too orange on my skin.
And lastly, because I will be making another post and I do not want to bore you all to death here is a very recent look I created with the Jeffree Star Conspiracy Palette just a few weeks ago! I love this palette I think it is the perfect bridal palette. I love these colors with my skin tone and I and I can not wait to try this palette on other people's skin tones. Hopefully once this pandemic is over!

I can't wait to see this blog grow and this is only my second post and I will definitely be posting more and more. I hope to get more into the nitty-gritty about different makeup products, applications, and tips and tricks. And if you read this whole thing THANK YOU! and as I promised here is a link to my new Facebook page. Please give it a like!
